I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, large, and very comfortable, just as I like them. The newly constructed room was light and airy, equipped with a fridge, a TV, and a table and chairs. The service was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, from organizing a fantastic Quetzal tour to creating a lovely environment on the premises. The location was very picturesque, although a bit crowded in some areas, offering a secluded and beautiful spot ideal for bird watching. The dining experience was very good, with a delicious breakfast selection to start the day off right.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, with a wonderful view of the lake from the room and comfortable accommodations. The service was outstanding, truly the best we experienced during our entire trip. The location provided a perfect mix of peaceful relaxation and a touch of adventure. The dining options were good but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great choice for a getaway.
